Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned
order passed by the High Court. However, the observations are made
only in deciding the interlocutory application and therefore, will
not have any bearing in the suit.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
