Heard Mr. Shuvodeep Roy, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
The counsel would submit that the High Court has ordered for
acquittal of the accused by reversing the conviction judgment of
the two lower Courts without there being any basis to order so. It
was wrongly assumed to be a fight between two groups where both
groups suffered injuries....
