24 Parganas, West Bengal to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patiala House, New Delhi.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. On going through the material disclosed and the stage of the
proceedings sought to be transferred, we do not find any reason to
entertain this petition.
4. The transfer petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
