O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such
consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds
urged by the petitioner and accept the same.
Therefore, Petition bearing No. 29 of 2022 titled
as “Champalal Vs. Shrimati Kapila Devi" pending
before the Spl. Family Court at Jalore (Rajasthan)
is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court at
Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
3. The Spl. Family Court at Jalore (Rajasthan)
shall send the case record to the transferee Court
promptly and without any delay.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent is

permitted to appear through video-conferencing
mode, unless and until his presence is absolutely
necessary.
5. The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
6. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed
of.
