Office Report dated 01.12.2023 reflects that the main case
stood dismissed in terms of the earlier order dated 17.07.2023, as
the defects were not cured within the time stipulated. However, it
appears that the defects were cured thereafter with some delay and
applications have been filed for condonation thereof and for
restoration of the Special Leave Petition.
The applications are ordered and the matter is restored to the
file.
