1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the
parties have been referred for mediation to the mediation centre of
Allahabad High Court, the petitioner does not want to press this
petition for the present. However, he seeks liberty to prefer the
same again as and when occasion arises.
2. Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn
with the liberty as prayed for.
