1. National Company Law Appellate Tribunal1 by the judgment and order
under challenge in this civil appeal has affirmed the judgment and order of the
National Company Law Tribunal impugned before it (NCLAT). The effect of the
said orders is that the appellant is required to buy 10% of the shares of the first
respondent.
2. We are not inclined to interfere with the judgment and order of the NCLAT.
3. The civil appeal is dismissed. However, having regard to the peculiar facts
and circumstances, the question of law raised by the appellant is kept open.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
