O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. Taking into consideration the fact that there are no prior
criminal antecedents in which the appellant is stated to
have been involved, that the appellant has been under
incarceration for 2 years and 5 months, and that the trial
is likely to take substantial amount of time, we are
inclined to set aside the impugned order and grant bail to
the appellant.
3. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside and the

appellant is granted bail, subject to the terms and
conditions that can be imposed by the Trial Court as it
deems fit for the aforesaid purpose.
4. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
