the issue involved requires interpretation and also consideration
of consequence of the amendment made to Section 142A of the
Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, which are pending consideration
in another Transfer Petition (Criminal) No.33 of 2018.
2. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks.
3. Tag this matter with Transfer Petition (Criminal) No.33 of
2018.
