UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of
the High Court; hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
2. However, as and when the petitioner acquires eligibility for premature
release, the Superintendent of the Correctional Home where he is lodged shall
take appropriate steps to move the appropriate department to secure such
release and subject to the petitioner satisfy...
