UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner/wife, who supports the minor child, who is
about three years old, seeks transfer of Divorce Case filed by the
Respondent bearing Matrimonial Case No.2432 of 2024 pending before
the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, to the
Family Court, Ranchi District, Jharkhand.
2. Issue notice, returnable by six weeks.
3. In the meanwhile, further proceedings in Case No.2432 of 2024
titled “Ritesh Kumar vs. Ruma Rupam” pending before the Principal
Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, shall remain stayed.
