O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Leave granted.
The appellants have undergone incarceration for a period of
about one and a half years. Now, charges have been framed. The
main accused has been granted bail by this Court by an order dated
18th November, 2024 in Criminal Appeal No.4615/2024 by relying upon
what is held in paragraphs 26 to 28 of V. Senthil Balaji vs. The
Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement1. Even the present
appellants deserve to be enlarged on bail, pending the trial for
the same reasons.
For that purpose, we direct that the appellants shall be
produced before the Special Court within a maximum period of one
week from today. The Special Court shall enlarge the appellants on
bail till the conclusion of the trial on appropriate terms and
conditions including the condition of regularly and punctually
attending the Special Court and cooperating with the Special Court
