The present petitions have been filed by the petitioner-wife

seeking transfer of HMA No.1082/2020 titled “Ashish Khanna vs.

Pooja Ashish Khanna” (subject-case 1) pending before the Principal

Judge, Family Court, Amritsar and GW No.110/2020 titled “Ashish

Khanna vs. Pooja Ashish Khanna” (subject-case 2) pending before the

Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar to the Court of

Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Respondent has not

appeared before us when the matter is called on for hearing.

Parties could not come to settlement through the process of

mediation.

On considering the facts and circumstances on the basis of

which the petitioner seeks transfer of the subject-cases, we are

satisfied that it would be expedient for the ends of justice to

transfer these cases to the Court asked for by the petitioner.

We order accordingly.

The records of the said proceedings shall be sent to the

transferee Court and the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division,

Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra shall proceed in the matters from the
