Respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 are granted four weeks’ time
for filing counter affidavit.
Respondent No.3 has expired. It has been submitted by
Ld.counsel for the petitioner that an Application seeking
deletion of the name of respondent No.3 from the array of
parties has already been moved on 10.12.2024. Registry to
verify and update the records. If any such Application is found
to have been moved, Registry to process the same for listing
before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions
else list the matter before this Court on 21.3.2025.
