The petitioners seek transfer of Criminal Complaint being Cr.
Misc. Cases No.1749 of 2024 instituted by respondent no.1 being the
daughter-in-law under Sections 12 read with 18, 20, 21 and 22 of
the Domestic Violence Act, pending before the Court of Additional
Chief Judicial Magistrate-5, Ajmer, Rajasthan to the Court of
competent Jurisdiction at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
