O R D E R

1. Though notice is served, none appears for the respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.

3. Leave granted.

4. The appellants were declared as proclaimed offenders in

connection with a First Information Report registered for the

offences punishable under Sections 323, 354, 342 and 506 read

with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

5. Initially, non-bailable warrants were issued against the

appellants as they failed to appear before the Trial Court.

Thereafter, they were ordered to be enlarged on bail subject to

condition of deposit of costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five

Thousand) and subject to further condition of appearing before

the Trial Court. As the appellants committed breach of the said

conditions, they were declared as proclaimed offenders. The

said order of the declaration was challenged before the High

Court. By the impugned order, the challenge has been negatived.

6. The order dated 28th November, 2023 passed by this Court
