Court to the order dated 19.04.2023 passed in Transfer Petition
(Crl.) Nos.804-806 of 2022 and he urges that the controversy
involved in this transfer petition is squarely covered by the said
order.
Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in
(i) Crl. Complaint No.45838 of 2021, (ii) Crl. Complaint NO.46292
of 2021 and (iii) NACT/7876/2024 pending before the Judicial
Magistrate First Class, Gurgaon, Haryana.
