1. Read the office report dated 28th November, 2024.
2. The marriage between the petitioner, Phanisree Praveen
Kumar alias Phanisree Koppisetty, and the respondent, Praveen
Kumar KVS, was solemnized on 23rd October, 2013. On 13th
February, 2018, a girl was born from the wedlock. However, the
parties have since drifted apart owing to differences arising by and
between them.
3. The respondent has instituted proceedings under Section 13(1)
(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing Marriage Petition
No.1454/2019 titled “Praveen Kumar KVS Vs. Phanishree Praveen
Kumar Alias Phanishree Koppisetty”, before the court of the 4th Jt.
Civil Judge, (SD), Kalyan at Thane, Maharashtra.
4. We have heard Mr. P. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. Anantha Narayana M.G.,
learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
5. On the multiple grounds urged in the petition, the petitioner
has sought for transfer of the aforesaid proceedings from the court

of the 4th Jt. Civil Judge, (SD), Kalyan at Thane, Maharashtra to the
Family Court cum VI Additional District Judge at Nalagonda,
Telangana.
