UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Our attention is drawn to Section 38 of the Insolvency and
Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Regulation 12 of the Insolvency and the
Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016.
Reliance is also placed on the Sections 82 and 88 of the Tamil Nadu
Goods and Services Tax, 2017.
Issue notice, returnable in the month of March 2024.
Notice will be served by all modes, including dasti.
