O R D E R
1. The application for oral hearing is rejected.
2. The application to appear and argue in person is also rejected.
3. The present petitions have been filed seeking review of the order dated
19.08.2015 and 20.01.2020, whereby the Special Leave Petitions and the
Miscellaneous Application were dismissed.
4. There is a delay of 2589 days in filing the Review Petition against order
dated 19.08.2015 and the delay of 974 days against the order dated 20.01.2020 for
which no satisfactory explanation has been offered by the petitioner. The Review
Petitions are liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay alone.
5. Nevertheless, I have carefully gone through the Review Petitions and the
papers appended therewith. I do not find any merit in the same.
6. The Review Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay
as well as on merits.
