O R D E R
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife
seeking transfer of Original Suit No.373 of 2020 titled “Sidhanth
Sharma vs. Chetna Misra” (subject-case) pending in the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun, Uttarakhand to the Family
Court at Patiala House, New Delhi.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.
On considering the facts and circumstances on the basis of
which the petitioner seeks transfer of the subject-case, we are
satisfied that it would be expedient for the ends of justice to
transfer the subject-case to the Court asked for by the petitioner.
We order accordingly.
The records of the said proceeding shall be sent to the
transferee Court and the Family Court at Patiala House, New Delhi
shall proceed in the matter from the stage at which the matter is
transferred to it.
The Transfer Petition stands allowed accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
