affidavit.

is deemed to be complete on said respondent through refusal and
there is no appearance.
After the expiry of four weeks, Registry to process the matter
for listing before the Hon’ble Court, as the Hon’ble Court has on
14.11.2024 directed to issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
