Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing F.C.O.P. No.273/2024,
titled as “Vasireddy Venkata Raghavendra Naidu vs. Puli Sai Sri
Susmitha”, pending before the Court of the learned I Additional
Family Court Judge, Charminar, Hyderabad to the Court of the
learned III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, Andhra
Pradesh.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she has no source of income; and, she cannot travel a long
distance of more than 480 kilometers.
3. Issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 03.02.2025.
4. Steps for service be positively taken within two weeks.
