proceedings in the pending petition were stayed by

this Court 01.03.2023. Today also none has put

appearance on behalf of the respondent.

This petition is filed under Section 25 of the

Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of

Petition No. A-2686 of 2022 titled as “Amit

Sureshbhai Vashi Vs. Priyanka Amit Vashi” from the

Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra to the

Family Court at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Having heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and having considered the facts and

circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper

to allow this transfer petition. Accordingly,

Petition No. A-2686 of 2022 titled as “Amit

Sureshbhai Vashi Vs. Priyanka Amit Vashi” is

ordered to be transferred from Family Court, Bandra,

Mumbai, Maharashtra to the Family Court at

Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The parties shall record their presence before

the Transferee Court on 19.05.2023.
