UPON hearing the Petitioner-in-person, the Court made the following O R D E R
Application for permission to appear and argue in person
is allowed.
Taking note of the prayer made in this writ petition, we
have no hesitation to hold that this writ petition is not
maintainable under Article 32 of the Constitution of India.
However, taking note of the fact that the grievance of the
petitioner is regarding the delay in disposal of Writ Petition (C)
No.2356 of 2015 (OS), while dismissing this writ petition, we grant
liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application/request
before the High Court for early listing of the matter.
