O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. Since the issue raised in both the captioned appeals are the
same and the challenge is also to the self-same judgment and
order passed by the High Court, those were taken up for hearing
analogously and are being disposed of by this common order.
3. These appeals arise from the common judgment and order
passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh
dated 01-06-2018 in Regular Second Appeal No. 1653 of 2015 and
Regular Second Appeal No. 1680 of 2015 respectively by which the

High Court dismissed both the appeals filed by the appellant
herein and thereby affirmed the concurrent findings recorded by
two courts below declining to grant specific performance of
contract based on two agreements of sale.
4. We need not delve much into the facts of this litigation, as
we are not inclined to entertain these appeals on merits, but
would like to modify the decree to a certain extent.
