particulars of the said respondent nor filed particulars of the
ld. counsel appearing before the concerned Family Court. Today
more time is sought. Be filed by 02.01.2026 as last opportunity.
If filed, notice be issued immediately and list the matter on
30.01.2026. However, if the same are not filed, Registry to
process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble Judge in
Chambers for further directions.
