Service is complete on respondent no.3, but none has entered
appearance.
As per office report, only memo of appearance has been e-filed
on behalf of respondent no.1. Four weeks time, is granted to Ld.
Counsel to file vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit.
Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner,
to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars, for issuing
notice to respondent no.2. It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for
the petitioner that permission be granted to serve respondent no.2
also through the counsel appearing before the Trial Court. Allowed.
