UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The amount of Rs.23,72,000/- (Rupees twenty three
lakhs seventy two thousand) shall be deposited by the
Registry in an interest bearing fixed deposit with any
nationalized bank till further orders are passed in the
appeal.
Issue fresh notice to the second respondent
returnable on 10th February, 2025.
Liberty to serve the standing counsel for the
respondent-State, in addition.
The first respondent has been duly served.
