O R D E R
We are of the opinion that the order passed by this Court will
constitute a decree which is executable by the Consumer Forum,
where the original proceedings were initiated. Therefore, it is
open to the petitioners to invoke the said remedy for appropriate
relief.
We hope and trust that the Consumer Forum will proceed
expeditiously as it is stated that the petitioners are elderly.
Recording the aforesaid, the contempt petitions stand disposed
of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
