UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. After arguing the case for some time, learned Senior counsel
appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the
present application challenging the Registrar’s order under Order
XV Rule 5 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, with a view to file
Review Petition as may be permissible under the law.
