2. The appellant has been under incarceration for three
years. The trial is yet to commence.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, we are
inclined to set aside the impugned order and grant bail to
the appellant.
4. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside and the
appellant is granted bail, subject to the terms and

conditions that can be imposed by the Trial Court as it
deems fit for the purpose.
5. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
