O R D E R
1. Heard Mr. Vikas Singh Jangra, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner (wife). Also heard Ms. Shriya Maini, learned counsel
appearing for the respondent (husband).
2. The attention of this Court is drawn to paragraph 8 of the
counter affidavit of the respondent to indicate that the respondent is
proposing to withdraw the divorce case filed by him, from the Family
Court, North Goa. Thereafter, he intends to file a fresh one before
the Family Court at Gurugram, Haryana.
3. The petition here is for transfer of the divorce case pending in
the Court at North Goa Court to the Family Court at Gurugram.
4. Accepting the undertaking of the respondent to withdraw his
divorce case pending in North Goa, we deem it appropriate to order for
closure of this Transfer Petition. The respondent must file the
requisite application for withdrawal within two weeks from today and
obtain necessary orders for withdrawal of his divorce case, from the
Family Court at North Goa.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
