1. Delay condoned.
2. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing H.M.O.P.No.101/2024,
titled as “S.Karthick vs. A. Preethi Panimalar”, pending before the
learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamalle, Tamil Nadu to the Family
Court, Mysuru, Karnataka.
3. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she cannot travel a long distance of more than 460 kilometers
along with her 3 years old son; and, the proceedings prior in point
of time inter se the parties are already pending at Mysuru, which
