O R D E R
1. The Union of India has filed the present Transfer Petitions
under Article 139A(1) of the Constitution of India seeking transfer
of the following Writ Petitions pending before various High Courts
to this Court:-
“(1) WP(C) 4089/2017- Medilife Impex Pvt Ltd vs. Union of
India' pending before the High Court of Bombay at Nagpur
(DB);
(2) WP(C) 28704/2021 - M/s Everest Homoeo Laboratory vs.
Union of India' pending before the High Court of Orissa at
Cuttack (DB);
(3) WP(C) 4542/2016 - Orissa Homeopathic Druggist
Association vs. Union of India' pending before the High
Court of Orissa at Cuttack (DB).”
2. Having considered the matter in detail and in view of the fact
that this Court has already transferred Writ Petitions involving
similar questions of law of general importance, we deem it

appropriate to allow the Transfer Petitions and direct that the
aforesaid Writ Petitions be transferred to this Court.
3. Tag all the aforesaid cases with Transferred Case (Civil) No.
319 of 2017 and connected matters.
4. Let the record of the cases be transferred without delay.
5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned High Courts for
compliance.
