Heard Mr. Shibashish Misra, learned counsel for the
petitioner(s). The delay in presenting the present SLP is
explained by the learned counsel on his own personal
difficulties. However, it is seen that the writ petition before
the Division Bench to challenge the Tribunal’s order was also
delayed by over three years.
