O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant was arrested on 14.09.2022 in connection with FIR
No.730/2015 registered at Police Station Madhav Nagar, Ujjain,
Madhya Pradesh for the offences under Sections 420, 406/34 and 409
of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(2)(4) of M.P.
Nikshepako Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2000 read with section
6, 45(s), (i) of Reserve Bank of India Act. His applications for
bail were rejected by the High Court on 09.08.2023, 05.02.2024 as
well as by the order impugned dated 23.08.2024 in MCRC No.
34228/2024.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
4. We have been informed by the learned counsel for the appellant
that other co-accused namely, Kedar Nagar, Dayanand Narwariya and
Raghvendra Singh have been granted bail.
5. Having considered the matter in detail and taking note of the
fact that the appellant has already undergone incarceration of more
than 2 years and that there is no possibility of the trial to be
concluded in near future, we consider it appropriate to release the
appellant on bail subject to such terms and conditions as may be
imposed by the Trial Court.
