UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Against rejection of regular bail by the High Court and to seek
bail, the present special leave petition has been filed. The
petitioner is in custody with effect from 26.12.2019 in connection
with FIR No 268 dated 24.12.2019 for the offences punishable
under Sections 302, 307, 326, 504, 427 and 506 read with
Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered with Police
Station Sinnar, Nashik Rural, Maharashtra.
