UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel on both sides. The submissions would
reveal the desire of the parties to explore the possibility of a
mediated settlement.
2. In such circumstances, the parties are directed to appear
before the Coordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 25th
February, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. The Coordinator shall appoint a
Mediator to enable the parties to make an effort to settle the
matter amicably.
