1. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the due
amount of compensation has been received from the Ghaziabad
Development Authority. The petitioners have, meanwhile, approached
the High Court for grant of some additional benefits, and that
matter is pending consideration.
2. In view of the above, the instant Contempt Petition is
disposed of as having become infructuous with liberty to the
petitioners to pursue their case pending adjudication before the
High Court.
