UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Ms.Selba Kumari, learned counsel, who puts in appearance on
behalf of the respondents, prays for and is granted four weeks time
to file reply.
2. Taking note of the averments made in paragraph D of the
grounds of Transfer Petition, it is hereby directed that further
proceedings in Complaint Case No.3845 of 2016 titled as, “R.Rakesh
vs. IIPM & Ors” before the Court of XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate,
Saidapet, Chennai, shall remain stayed.
