As per office report, petitioner has failed to file spare
copies for issuance of notice to respondents.
Today, more time is sought by the Ld. Counsel to file the
same.
Two days time is granted for the said purpose, if spare copies
are filed within two days, Registry to issue notice to the
respondents and list again on 6.2.2025.
In case of default, process the matter for listing before the
Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
