UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Despite time being granted, no one has approached to seek
withdrawal of the suitors’ fund amount. The appeal preferred by the
appellant - Insurance Company was dismissed by the Court vide order
dated 17.05.2023.
In view of the facts noted above, it is hereby directed
that the amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only)
deposited in the Registry at the time of filing of the appeal shall
be withdrawn and disbursed in the account of the Supreme Court
Advocates-on-Record Association Welfare Fund.
Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
