Prayer for listing the review petition in open Court is
rejected.
There is an inordinate delay of 1357 days in filing the
present review petition. However, having gone through the review
petition and also the documents enclosed, we do not find any good
ground and reason to review the order dated 16.03.2020.
Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed on the ground of
delay as well as on merits.
