1. The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of

the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court seeking

transfer of Guardianship Case No. 05 of 2022 titled as “Md.

Shahabuddin vs. Shamila Shahabuddin” pending before the Court of

Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada, Bihar to the Court of

Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghatshila, East Singhbhumi,

Jharkhand.

2. Despite due service of notice, no one has entered appearance

on behalf of the respondent.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking

into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we

allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of Guardianship

Case No. 05 of 2022 titled as “Md. Shahabuddin vs. Shamila

Shahabuddin” pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family

Court, Nawada, Bihar to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,

Ghatshila, East Singhbhumi, Jharkhand.

4. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.

5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for

compliance.
