UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel submits that the entire loan transaction was executed at
New Delhi yet the complaint under Section 138, 141 of Negotiable Instruments
Act, 1881 has been preferred at Chandigarh.
2. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
3. Until further orders, proceedings in the restitution petition being Cases
No. NACT/6690/2023 titled “M/s. Neo Growth Credit Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Ant
Promoskope Pvt. Ltd.” pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First
Class, Chandigarh shall remain stayed.
