Leave granted.
The appellant has been accused of committing the
offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471
read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
We have been informed that the chargesheet has
been filed, but the charges have not been framed. The
appellant has undergone more than one year of
incarceration.
Considering the aforesaid facts and
circumstances of the case, we are inclined to grant
bail to the appellant.
Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside
and the appellant is granted bail on the terms and

conditions which are to the satisfaction of the trial
Court.
The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
