UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by the
learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the
material available on record and particularly considering the fact
that another Transfer Petition (Civil) No.2448 of 2019 filed by the
petitioner arising from the disputes inter se between the spouses
stands dismissed vide order dated 16.10.2019, this Court finds no
reason to entertain this transfer petition.
2. Hence, the Transfer Petition is dismissed.
3. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
