1. We are not inclined to accept the request for transfer of
Divorce Petition filed by the Respondent viz. Case No.522/2024
titled as 'Sudershan Singh Tyagi vs Smt. Pooja Tyagi' pending
before the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court,
Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh to the court of Principal Judge,
Family Court, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
However, we give liberty to the petitioner to appear through
virtual mode, if such facility is available at the Trial
Court.
2. The transfer petition is dismissed.
