Delay in filing the restoration application, is condoned.
2. The Special Leave Petition preferred by the petitioner was
dismissed on account of non-curing of the defects in terms of the
peremptory order dated 12.07.2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate
steps have been taken for curing the defects pointed out in the
Special Leave Petition.
